How long does it take to build an AI agent?
A single-task agent is usually live in 6 to 9 weeks, including the period when a person approves each action. Multi-step agents take 9 to 14 weeks, and anything touching payments or regulated data takes 14 to 24 weeks. How well documented your systems are is the main variable.
Do we need an AI agent or a chatbot?
If the job is answering questions and a person takes it from there, you need an assistant, which costs far less. If the rules are clear and stable, plain automation is cheaper and more predictable than either. You need an agent when requests arrive as free text and the outcome is a real action in your systems. We'll tell you which one fits before you commit.
Can an AI agent work with our CRM and other systems?
Yes, and that's most of the work. We connect agents to the CRM, ERP, calendar, website or app you already run through their APIs, rather than replacing them. The agent can only do what those connections allow, and your code decides what is permitted.

Yes. They work in Arabic and English, including Gulf dialect and Arabic typed in Latin letters, and reply in the language the customer used. Voice agents can answer calls too, though voice takes more work than chat, so it usually follows once a chat agent has proved the workflow.

With constraints in code, not instructions in a prompt: an audit log of every action, hard limits on volume and spend, actions that are safe to repeat so a timeout can't cause a double booking or charge, a human override, and written rules for when it must hand over to a person.
